  • Parking & Toll Charges: These are not included in the base fare and will be added to your bill.
  • Night Driving Allowance: An extra charge applies if the driver operates between **10:00 PM and 6:00 AM**.
  • Kilometer Calculation: Total distance is calculated from office to pickup point and back. For outstation trips, exceeding **300 km/day** shifts the tariff to a kilometer-based rate.
  • Air Conditioning Policy: AC will not work during **uphill journeys** or when the vehicle is parked.
  • Hill Station Trips: Additional charges may apply for **night halts** and special hill station permits.
  • One Calendar Day: A day is defined as midnight to midnight.
